PEACE OF MIND
As members of the ‘Ombudsman for Estate Agents (OEA) Scheme’ we work to a ‘Code of Practice’ which has the approval of the ‘Office of Fair Trading’.
The OEA scheme provides an independent service for dealing with disputes between Member Agencies and Consumers who are actual or potential buyers or sellers of residential property in the UK.

The Ombudsman is independent of the Member Agencies and will provide a free and fair review of complaints falling within his terms of reference.
* Clause 2 of the 'Code' (Market Appraisal) states specifically that as member agents “[we] must never deliberately misrepresent the value of a property in order to gain an instruction”.
